3.  the high efficiency filter installation site and related parts have been cleaned and cleaned;

4.  the high efficiency filter should be inspected visually, the frame, filter paper, sealant, etc. , there shall be no deformation, fracture, falling off and other damage phenomenon;

 1. In the efficient filter transport and storage, should be in accordance with the direction of the manufacturer's logo. Transport process should be handled gently to prevent violent vibration and collision, so as not to cause artificial damage. 

2, high-efficiency filter installation before the clean room must be cleaned, wiped, clean air conditioning system if there is dust, should be cleaned again, wiped to meet the cleaning requirements. If the high-efficiency filter is installed in the technical interlayer or the suspended ceiling, the technical interlayer or the suspended ceiling should also be thoroughly cleaned and wiped.

 3. After the clean room and the clean air conditioning system of the hospital meet the cleaning requirements, the clean air conditioning system must be put into trial operation. Continuous operation for more than 12 hours, once again clean, wipe clean room immediately after the installation of high-efficiency filter.

 4. Prior to the installation of the HEPA filter in the clean operating room of the hospital, the package must be opened on the installation site for visual inspection, including whether the filter paper, sealant and frame have burrs and rust spots (metal frame) : whether there is a product qualification certificate or not, whether the technical performance meets the design requirements. And Pick up the slack. (see appendix 6,1) after inspection and leakage should be immediately installed. 5. The frame of the high efficiency filter in the clean operating room of the hospital should be flat. The flatness of the mounting frame of each hepa filter is allowed to be not more than 1mm.  6. The seal between the high efficiency filter and the frame in the clean operating room of the hospital generally adopts the sealing gasket, self-adhesive, negative pressure seal, liquid groove seal and double ring seal, etc. , must be filled with the surface, filter frame surface and frame surface and liquid tank wipe clean. The thickness of the gasket should not exceed 8mm, the compression ratio is 25% ~ 30% . The joint form and material should meet the design requirements, the frame joints should not have leakage. When double-ring seal is used, the holes on the ring cavity should not be blocked when the seal is pasted; both the double-ring seal and the negative pressure seal must keep the negative pressure pipeline unblocked.

7. At present, most domestic filters are installed by the gasket method, because the sponge rubber plate is a closed-pass type, with good air-tightness, so it is generally used as a sealing material. If necessary, it is best to evenly apply some glass glue to the sealing strip. When connecting the filter and the static pressure box, the force should be uniform around. After 24 hours, the glass dries before running the purification system.
